As we know the tall tale goes that MJ molded Pippen but did he? Pippen already had the tools to succeed. MJs stats were empty pre Pippen.

one of the reasons he said he left was because his own team was saying he only started winning chips because of them

so he left to baseball

LeBron didn't win until a winner like Wade showed him how.... and even with him he failed to win.. twice.... once by NBA finals record margin... the other time by putting up 17ppg.

He molded into making him tougher that's it. But other than that Pippen was tremendously skilled creating & passing wise, defensively, finishing wise etc he was also very athletic.

Pippen became great due to playing with Jordan, he even said so himself.
