my bad, it's just i have 4 low lives attacking me from all angles. i've managed to keep them in check so far, but i don't know if i can take on a 5th low life. these guys collect welfare and smoke crack, you can't underestimate them so i am very alert.

i read it and am still considering it. not sure if i will take up boxing as running a business has you working around the clock. but basketball is still a viable option to blow off steam.

definitely agree about alcohol though, it's glorified in society when in reality it's a very bad substance.

My thread about randomly quitting weed.

He said he has started drinking too much bc of stress from running a business.

I did my best to implore him against that shit - it isn't even a real stress reliever. It's a temporary numbing agent which actually compounds all problems over time.

Waste of money
damaging to health
impairs reasoning
fu cks with your sleep
etc.

My advice was to join a boxing gym - but really it could be any form of martial arts. Basketball isn't a terrible idea, but it's like 1/100th as powerful as a stress reliever vs fight training. Nothing on Earth pumps stress out of your body and soul quite like punching a heavy bag until your arms give out. And as you learn to fight and build conditioning, your confidence skyrockets, your health and stamina get a constant boost, you become more comfortable dealing with people, women find you more attractive, you sleep like a baby, etc. etc. etc. The benefits are endless.

I just care. I want everyone to live their best lives.
