Why is there a gap between Jordan and Kobe...and Bird?

:wtf:

What's your methodology?

Why do you not have a single center in the top 30?

Why is Garnett higher than Barkley, when Barkley was clearly the superior scorer, rebounder and ball handler?

Dirk, so far above all other bigs? Tells me that you rate shooting range way above all other skills?

It is mostly based on their offensive game with their defensive game factored in a little bit.

It is mostly based on their offensive game with their defensive game factored in a little bit.

So why Garnett 2nd highest PF then?

If your rating primarily based on offensive game, surely the greatest offensive PF ever would be pretty high up on the list.

Garnett's offensive game was actually quite widely palleted when you consider that he could play with his back to the basket, had a fadeaway and could use it to draw the defense away from the basket.

Barkley scored a lot more in the paint, which is easier to do when you are that size. Barkley also had his given girth to help him attain rebounds while Garnett's were based more on athleticism.

you act like there's some huge gap between Barkley and Garnett when there's a few players separating them

Can you just tell me something that KG is more skilled at than Barkley on the offensive end?

While you're answering, keep in mind that KG never scored more than 35 points in a playoff game in his whole career.

How TF was Ray Allen 7 spots MORE skilled than Tracy McGrady smh
:facepalm

TMac was arguably as skilled as Kobe and Jordan, Ray Allen didn't have most of the skills TMac had. Tmac was basically a better shooter too considering difficulty.

I think they are on different tiers in terms of skill level.:D

I've never seen Jordan constantly dominate games as much as Bird or Magic when his athleticism had dropped to roughly their athleticism level - that's Wizards' Jordan.

 seriously

Hakeem's arguably the most skilled big man ever, both ends of the court...

It's OP's personal list though so there's no point arguing it, I can agree with everyone but AI in the top 5, I'd replace AI with Hakeem and it's a solid top 5 all-time.

Bump up Steph, CP3, T-Mac, Nash, Hakeem.

Ray doesn't belong on this list (my fav all time player btw). He's an excellent 3-point shooter/free throw shooter and okay handler and okay slasher and okay defender. There are better mid-range jumpshooters and playmakers that deserve the nod over here.

Skilled not same as athleticism. Id have to say its like all PGs and short players

id prolly go

1. Curry. Shooting skill is lightyears ahead of everyone along with strong handles
2-6. Mix of CP3, Stockton, Nash, Kidd, Oscar

What is "Skill" anyways. Guys like Hakeem are extremely skilled in their position but compared to, lets say, Kemba Walker, Hakeem can't dribble, can't shoot, can't pass, etc.

This is true. TMac in his (all too short) prime was one of the most talented, athletic, and skilled players of all time.

Ben Gordon
Nate Robinson
Jason Richardson
Derrick Rose
Peja Stojakovic
Deron Williams
John Wall
Bradley Beal
Ricky Rubio
Darren Collison
Jimmy Butler
Goran Dragic
Adrian Dantley
