Judging by the ages of everyone else in the band, the fact that he isn't playing an instrument, and that his singing voice is average at best I'm guessing his band is a bunch of hired guns who do all the actual work and then he comes in at the end and takes all the credit.

Also, his stage presence is creeptastic.
