Ive looked at a couple weighted vests but I want one as thin as his but heavier than they usually are. Not to play ball in of course just for my usual cardio. Im not sure what the best size to weight ratio available is but I bet he has it.

I used one a friend of mine has and even the light ones you can feel the difference after just a few minutes of....whatever.

One of those things I bet doctors say not to do.....but its better than being lazy. Like how too much running probably isnt healthy for your knees....but its healthier than not running at all.

I just had the same exact conversation with a co-worker over healthy eating. I told him to fill his hunger by eating fruits like bananas. He then goes, "well you're not supposed to eat too many bananas." .... Yet he goes eats a Cinnabon every afternoon. Eating two bananas everyday is still healthier than engorging down triple sugar coated baked items for sure.

Co-worker sounds like a complete retard.

This looks like something that can aggravate a shoulder. What is the vest supposed to improve? Hops? AD is 7 ft he doesn’t need to jump high.

He'll need a few more weights added in to simulate carrying Lebron.

Summary of this thread is that AD is a professional athlete. Ground breaking.
