things that no one else ever did:

- 6 rings in modern era/3-pointer basketball as the man
- 2 three-peats
- 6 FMVP's
- 6/6 record in the championship
- 5 MVP's in modern era/3-pointer basketball
- 10 scoring titles
- won ring as scoring champ (6 times)

Here's more:

- only player with career 30/5/5 average for regular season... or playoffs... or Finals
- all-time leader in playoff PPG at 33.5, while everyone else is at 29 or below (4-5 point edge on all the best scorers in NBA history)
- #1 all-time in PPG and efficiency rating (Player Efficiency Rating, aka PER)
- only player that is top 2 in career PER, VORP, BPM, WS/48 for regular season and playoffs
- #1 all-time championship frequency since the 3-point line began (6 in 15 yrs.. 40.0%)
- all-time playoff records for single game pts, series ppg, and Finals ppg
- most seasons with both 1st team all-nba and 1st team all-defense (9 seasons, consecutive)
- only top 10 candidate to never lose as the 1 or 2 seed (i.e. kareem lost 9 times, magic/lebron/bird 6 each).. MJ was 6-0
- only MJ/Kobe won multiple rings with 1 all-star teammate, except Shaq (who had Kobe), and Hakeem (when MJ was out of league)
- only HOF that was never outscored by anyone in a playoff series (MJ led team by average margin of 15.4 ppg over 2nd option)
- only player to win the goat 2-way distinction: scoring title & dpoy in same season (88').. he also won MVP that yr (goat individual season)
- only #1 option to win 70+ and the championship (goat team season)
- only player to win 70+, championship, all 3 MVP's, scoring title and 1st-team all-D (goat overall season, 1996)
- Best winning stats ever - 33.7 ppg and 6.6 apg in 91-93' PO (27.2 and 7.2 for lebron in 12/13/16' PO)
- Best losing stats ever - 44 ppg against champion 86' celtics and their #1 defense, or 37/7/7 in 90' PO

Summary of OP video:

- MJ went 626 games or 8 seasons without losing 3 games in a row (including playoffs)

- Durant, Lebron etc are a small fraction of that (140, etc)

- A stats group determined that the odds of an NBA team going 8 years without losing 3 straight is basically zero (far, far, far less likely than winning lottery)

I need to add this to the list (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showpost.php?p=13806773&postcount=3)

The dude in the video explains just how insane going 626 games without dropping 3 games in a row is...virtually impossible. Yet the GOAT accomplished such feat

Which says a lot about LeBron; when he wins, he barely gets by. When he loses, it's in record fashion; either 3 straight losses, swept, or by holding the #1 and #2 NBA finals record of the largest margin of loss EVER.

The guy simply does NOT dominate.

Teams clearly figure him out..

That's why the Spurs only beat the Heat that badly in the 14' playoffs

The Heat beat the exact same Spurs the previous year, and Dallas almost beat them in the 1st round of 14'.

The reality is that if Lebron-ball was still putting the Spurs' defense on their heels in 14' like they did in 13', the Spurs wouldn't have gotten hot like that on offense.

The Spurs had simply figured out Lebron-ball, which no longer gave them any issues or wore them down defensively, so they had abnormally-high energy and confidence on offense..

it was like a boxer that realizes they can take the opponent's power.. they start teeing off like the Spurs did..

that's why all his Finals loss end in 3 straight, decisive defeats - teams simply figure out bron-ball and win 3 straight.. meanwhile, the inexploitable MJ and his goat scoring versatility never loses 3 straight for 8 yrs.. :applause:

To be fair to LeBron though, he has only faced GOAT teams in the Finals...or so that's what his stans want us to believe. James is the unluckiest all time great in that regard, every team he has lost to is the GOAT team :oldlol:

Fact is, he simply doesn't dominate...he has nice stats but he just doesn't take games over like Jordan did, his Game 6 vs the Celtics in 2012 I believe is the closest he got to MJ in that regard but MJ had a ton of those types of games. He shouldn't even have been in that position of having to come back to win that series, those Celtics were old af.

The Spurs' 14' run was similar to the 91' Bulls when they blew away the 2-time champs.. But those Bulls aren't considered unbeatable, yet the media thinks the 14' Spurs are, since no one could've gone 4/4 in lebron's shoes (that's how it's reported)

It's a sham

MJ almost went 4/4 from 90-93' if not for Pippen's migraine.. that's without team-hopping for an extra all-star - you're supposed to go 4/4 with those Heat and I think various players would have

I also find it funny that the 16' win continues to get props despite the Draymond suspension and Kawhi's victory over the same core.. they're 8-10 in Finals games without Durant - how would they be a threat to Jordan, or a whole bunch of other guys/teams?

Im asking these questions rhetorically and I agree that lebron's game 6 vs Boston was a common dominant game from MJ
