White lady says a baby gorilla "kinda looks like you" to her black co-anchor and there's meltdowns everywhere. If it had been a black lady who has called him that...no big deal. If the white lady had said that to her white co-anchor...no big deal. But a white person innocently says the same thing to a black person...and it's meltdown city. :oldlol:

Can we just stop pretending we are trying to make a colorblind society already.

Btw. The camera angle is high on this video but dude puts his hand on her bare thigh and leaves it there. If this hadn't been an apology situation, the metoo crazies would have been all over this as sexual harassment and the black guy would be found in violation of the PC snowflake police :oldlol:

White people should just avoid talking to Black people. Don't even look at them.

You can tell the black dude pounds her after work every day before she goes home to her white husband.

Poor innocent white lady, being made to be a victim lol. Did I stumble into a lib thread or is victimhood culture a staple of both sides??

Frankly what she said was uncalled for, period. If he was overweight and they showed a pig or hippo, doesn’t matter what color either of them are, there’d be outrage. Regardless of connotations it’s unprofessional, and the guy should’ve checked her for it on the spot (He didn’t). Her later apology was so over the top though

tbh lots of black people do look like gorillas. Like Patrick Ewing.

I mean, the racist part is equating their intelligence with gorillas. Which no one should ever do. But the looks though? I don't think it's racist. It's just fact.
