Lebron is rather charitable.

Truth. He gave his opponents 6 championships. Nice guy.

MVP is a sympathy award.

Pretty much the rest of the individual awards go to guys who actually deserve them.

The media usually gets it right every single year... except with MVP... they almost always get it wrong. Well, at least >50% of the time, they're wrong.

Shaquille O'Neal only having 1 MVP award is all you need to ever know about that award.

Like how they gave the MVP to Kobe because they felt sorry for him after he lost back to back MVPs to Steve Nash

Everyone knows it was CP3s year in 2008 but they couldn't let the great Kobe bean Bryant finish his career with 0 MVPs so they gave it to him :oldlol:

Media members are morons. Some are good, but most just go with the narratives they agree with or push themselves

Like the woman who voted Eric Gordon for All Defensive first team (Then after the backlash said she confused him for Pat Beverley. Lol)

dpoy absolutely focuses too much on two way stars imo. The right guy still usually wins but the rest of the voting can be pretty iffy.
