Was able to take a laptop back to best buy I used for 2 months

I purchased a 11.6 inch chromebook in Mid June and been annoyed with it for 2 months because it's so one dimensional and prevented me from going to so many websites. So i said **** it and went back to best buy with the chromebook repackaged in the original box with the receipt and told them it's not compatible with several websites. I was able to exchange it for another laptop that was $200 more and a 17.6 inch screen. I can now go to all the sports betting sites in addition to all the other sites all because I kept saying

"It's not compatible"

i have used an older chromebook. absolute nonsense. everytime i hit the cap button a ****ing search bar comes up. very fustrating and stupid

The main issue was not being able to go to sports betting sites and I couldnt take it anymore. The only time I wanted to go on a sports site on my phone is when I am at work or in public

Plus you cant download nothing on a chromebook
