Daughter snitched on me at school and mother confronted me...

As I'm walking out the class this morning, a mother stops me and told me that "Your daughter told me that you said you were going to smash my son's face."

Admittedly, I did say this.

My daughter always jokes around about marrying this kid, so I jokingly tell her I'm going to smash his face.

Talk about an awkward moment.

Personally, absolutely I agree with punishment and discipline. I wouldn't be the man I am today without those things. At the same time there is a fine line between punishment and abuse, although your kids look happy asf. I doubt you're abusive.

In what they consider an abuse situation they can take them in advance. Like....if a kid says my dad touches me at night....they arent gonna leave the kid in the home while they investigate something virtually impossible to prove.

In this case....they took the kids to who I believe was her aunt, didnt allow her to contact them, and may have forced a drug test but im not sure how that went. I dont know the legal ability to do that but I heard it was a concern.

They dont straight take custody....they remove them from the home and try to put them with family so its not as jarring on the kids.
