Two regular season games and a 20 point blowout, absolutely horrible list :oldlol:

This is coming on the heels of making a greatest shooters of the decade list and having LeBron THIRD

Number 8 was a strange choice. It was a great performance, not a great game.

Kobe’s last game was memorable but hardly something I think of when I would think of the top games of the decade.

There’s a number of postseason games that I’d put over those.

damn, Kobe with 6 season and only 1 notable sympathy game

yikes

No Lakers vs Celtics game 7? Garbage shooting from both teams but as competitive and intense given the importance and how close the game was.

For real, to put 2011 Mavs-Blazers over a razor thin Game 7 of the Finals, a first round game that's legitimately never even been mentioned or discussed since, is a joke

Who made this list, Brian Windhorst?

Watching the old, ailing Celtics on their last legs struggle to score 80 points in a condensed lockout season was not a top 8 game of the decade.

Also, if there including regular season games, how about that ridiculous GS/OKC game in 2016 where the warriors came back and Steph pulled up at almost half court for the game winner?

To be fair to the Mavs/Blazers game, that was the last time Brandon Roy came out and dominated an NBA game. It was his fair well of sorts. Still one of the most tragic situations in my NBA life time, Brandon Roy was THAT dude.

Although I agree, it's foolish not to have the Lakers/Celtics game 7 up here. Other than that, solid list.

:hammerhead: thought I only saw the playoff game.

Another reason it was a damn shame KD left OKC and joined the Warriors of all places. That could

What's the criteria? Entertainment value? Level of play? Greatness of one or more individual performances?

All of the above.

The most memorable of the decade.

Agreed. There was so much riding on that game 7.

G6 just had the ridiculous last 30 seconds.

Then how did they give up the 2nd least amount of points in the league? How did Boston get a 3-2 series lead on Miami?? I guess that means Miami wasn't a superteam after all, correct??

It was the first time someone put up 45-15-5 while shooting 70% or better from the field in any game (regular season or playoffs), since at least 1985.

It was the first time someone put up 45-15-5 since Wilt Chamberlain in 1964.

He scored 46% of his team's points, grabbed 20% of his team's rebounds, and dished out 32% of his team's assists.

Only LeBron and Dwight Howard last year against Atlanta have scored 45 points and grabbed 15 rebounds while taking 26 or fewer shots, since at least 1985.
