OP, you have such a big heart. Do you even realize that? The fact that you even find this tragic...

I shrug this off... for a few reasons. These two were living well before he died. Staying at a hotel at $1700/night. So he went out amidst a good life. Everyone dies. So what if someone dies young? He was in love, he was rich, he was probably pretty happy. Didn't live long enough to have any descendants become drug addicts. Also... he's an idiot. He died because of that.
