She's not only very dumb. She's very mean and corrupt. She said Neil Armstrong landed on Mars, the Constitution is 400 years old, etc etc. The list of dumb stuff she's said is endless. But she's been rated as the meanest person in Congress several times. She totally lives up the stereotype of angry, fat black female. You have to give her credit though, she gives no fvcks. She straight up fired an employee because the woman wouldn't drop a rape accusation against her friend.
