Went to KFC the other day and ordered a 2 piece and a biscuit. I could not believe just how small the chicken pieces are. Those are probably bite sized pieces. What the hell is this?

Yup I have actually stopped going to the KFC near my house this year after eating there 3-4 a week for the past 10 years. This current generation is so focused on greed that they will do anything to cut costs. My last straw with my local KFC was when they increased the price of the 5 dollar fillup to $6 ($6.50 after tax) and continued to promote it as a 5 dollar fillup through their poster advertisements.

Whenever the government tries to sell the idea that there is little to no inflation and prices have been low, just point to countless examples like this to show how much BS it is. It’s not happening with just chicken, it has happened to almost all amount of consumables. You would be shocked to see how much of a difference the portions and common packaged grocery items were a decade or two ago compared to now.

To be fair, food (especially fast food) is probably the one sector America could use some price inflation in. Not for economic reasons ofc, but for heath reasons.

One reason people are more fit in Europe is that food simply costs more. You cant pig out all the time like virtually any non-homeless American can afford to do.

There's a huge movement to go steroid free. It's the overall size of chickens

Yeah, this is a point Bill Maher is always ranting about, on how unhealthy most American foods are. He said that chickens aren't supposed to be the size of turkeys :oldlol: Its all the steroids and other chemicals they inject, that shit ain't healthy.

This. American portions are MASSIVE compared to countries like China or Japan where people actually care about their health.
