The Jazz will win a lot of games...possibly even the best record, but they are 2nd round fodder. You need superstars to do anything in the playoffs and they don't have any.

Adelaide is the worst team in the NBL by some distance. Had to sign a new marquee player due to how bad they were pre season. Competition is fairly even besides these guys who are well below par

I think the Melbourne Tigers will be a fairer indication of where the NBL is and how it rates. Not the top team but in the top 3 atleast

They signed Randle a few days ago. Griffin looks okay, Johnson is inconsistent but handy. Rest are useless. Ramone Moore is the worst import to actively hang around the league and the bench is deplorable. Will be lucky to win 25% of their games this season. If they win more, Randle wins MVP again

Lillard's defense is fine. I've literally seen him shutdown Westrbook in one on one situations. Literally stuffed Westbrook on a post battle.

Nobody is good enough at basketball that another pro of similar size can’t possibly get a stop on them. NBA players still miss shots or get balls tipped playing high school kids. Whatever anybody thinks of Lillards defense getting a few stops versus anybody in the NBA doesn’t really prove the point. Whoever you think the worst defender is his opposing man wouldn’t score literally every time in a real game.

I don’t think I really notice Dames defense one way or the other usually.

There are very few pg's that make an actual defensive impact. If your defense is bad because of your guards than you basically shit no matter what. On a site note, that CP3 is so impactful defensively is pretty amazing. Barely 6 foot and has a huge impact on the defensive end and mostly because of his incredible BBIQ. He's just always everywhere being an annoying little gnat.
