As to the OP: I knew someone years ago that had serious sinus issues. The only relief he got was from Sudafed. After a while it wasn't working as well so he started taking more and more of it. Then what would happen if he tried to stop is that his sinus congestion would come back only 10 times worse. It's more common than you think.
