I think I posted awhile ago the reference on how kids these days all get picked up from their homes as they sit inside all comfortable. Back in the day, you walked your ass to the bus stop and you waited in the freezing cold until the bus came. It toughened you up as a kid. Made you less of a whiny soft snowflake like the kids of today who get picked up right at their home. We have to pay more out of pocket because schools need 10x the number of buses they did back then since kids are picked up individually and not in groups. 6 for 6 with 6 finals mvps isn't the only reason Jordan's looked at as the goat. it also has to do with his scoring and defensive accolades and position. and his style, marketability, clutch moments and dominating when the nba was at its peak of popularity



and its also the most modern day titles by any player who was their teams leader. Russell has more but he played in a void era and Kareem was the best player on 2 or 3 out of the 6 titles.

if a guy like kobe or lebron were to have won 3 more titles than Jordan while at least matching him in finals mvps and losing 3 finals with a 9 for 12 finals record then it would be hard to argue against either guy as the goat over MJ
