Have you noticed that mainstream opinion on this issue seems to always be tied DIRECTLY the what party the President is ticketed to?

Bush? “GET OUT OF THERE. PULL OUT. LEAVE NOW!!!!!!”

Obama? “If you pull out of one spot we’ll cheer for you, if you double down elsewhere we’ll also cheer. We’ll pretty much cheer for any decision you make, mindlessly.”

It’s not even a matter of stereotyping a party or making assumptions. That’s one thing. Parties can literally DIRECTLY FLIP POSITIONS and their supporters dont notice, and still cheer for the party. Secondly, I hold many socially moderate or even left leaning viewpoints. These arent important politically so I dont harp on them. Listen. You admitted you were an atheist emo loner in hs, then you moved to Mexico and were accepted. Govt should be fiscally responsible, socially neutral, and proactive against foreign threats (when theyre legitimate). Thats it.

These are the IMPORTANT roles of government. Not legislating abortion. So Im far more concerned when the government SHOULD be acting conservatively and is not, than I am about other issues like marijuana legalization.
