pretty risky to be that close to the guy when he's intentionally keeping his hand concealed .. reminds me of the other video where the guy pulls out a gun instead of a knife and shoots the cop .. I wouldn't stand that close if the guy is acting like he's concealing something and rejecting commands .. fk that
