His sore right knee is actually an injury, so this season is off to dumb start. Pels have YDK though so no drop off for them.

Injured in college, injured in summer league, injured in preseason, injured to start the season. Yikes.

I would really like to see this guy play, he would be really entertaining to watch, but experience and logic say that it is not possible for his joints/tendons or ligaments to last with such a heavy body and huge bounces.

Simmons, Blake and embiid got their careers started on injuries and they seem fine now, so calm down.

Maaaaan....it's VERY entertaining to watch Zion play and it's one of the most interesting story lines of this season, for me personally. That sucks, I was looking forward to his regular season debut.

Get well big man. Zo and YDK gotta step it up for the big easy, they have plenty of help.

Nope, a month from opening night. So he should be back in time to play against LAL.

He should drop 20lbs. This should be a wake up call for him.

And every step of the way people said he was carrying too much weight... the trend suggests he is going to have health issues his whole career (however long that may last) unless he gets serious about being in playing shape.

Sucks.

I knew that extra weight coupled with his style of play would be detrimental.

And he doesn't take all the drugs Bran takes to stay healthy.

He has to eat like 10.000 calories a day to remain so fat despite all that exercise.

Pels are still trying to tank this year.

Bad teams who draft good players have been trending to heavily overprotecting good rookies which not only helps increase the odds of them being healthy, but also increases the teams chances of having a worse record/higher draft pick.

Zion is gonna lay a fat dick on your foreheads when winter comes around.

Atleast he's 285 now, he should slim down to 250 to stay healthy. His bmi is Miami Shaq level obese.

Not a good idea, he would then be out 4-6 weeks with a sprained weiner.

Called it, bust.

He needs to slim down and play smarter, you can't just drive and dunk every time

damit , huge loss for the NBA. He needs to get into a special program of some sort. weight management and adjustment of playing style? This is not a one off as this has happened several times considering he is still very young. Now consider the wear and tear of a full NBA season and level of play ?! I dont know maybe 20-25 pounds off would help although not sure how his game would be affected . love to see him healthy. Pels would be garbage withought him honestly
