It's a wild year. League shaken up all summer. New roster combos across the land.

This year more than ever there WILL be teams that emerge as contenders that didn't quite feel like real contenders. Who do you think they'll be?

Feel like many overlook the Spurs when they've proven to make deep runs even when they don't have a top 5-10 player in the league.

The 2013 and 2014 teams didn't have a top 5 player but they won a lot due to great coaching and elite defense, I feel like they can do it again this year if Murray stays healthy. They were terrible on defense last season and still finished with 48 wins and almost beat the #2 seed Denver in 7 games. They added Carroll and Murray's back to start the season so their defense should be a lot better.

if Brogdon stays health - I think Indy is a 5 seed in the east ...

Heat could be a difference maker with their defense.

Nets limp thru reg season, Kyrie gets his face fixed. KD comes back for the playoffs and they win.
