Lebron was under much higher pressure than this in Miami/Cleveland, he is not the one under the microscope this season.

The pressure is on Harden/Westbrook to prove they can put up more than just stats, and on Giannis/Embiid/Davis to show that they can move on from being young and promising to actually achieving something in the playoffs.

Steph Curry. He said he's feeling the best he's ever felt. Let's see if there's a drop off in his game, or he flourishes without KD.

Curry should be there somewhere?

Tony Davis/Harden-Westbrook/Irving/the Clippers big men

Edit: oh and PJ Tucker. THE definition of “rode hard and put up wet”. Poor guy. Get him a backup for gods sakes!

Where's the pressure with Curry? He's already won a title and he's won MVPs without Durant and he proved it in the Playoffs this year that he could compete at the highest level without him. No one expects the Warriors to really contend this season as far as media and most NBA fans go. They can have a sub-par season and blame it on lack of depth and Klay's injury or just overall fatigue from having made 5 straight Finals with 3 titles.

I'd say the pressure is on James Harden as far as winning the title goes. He's been playing at a high level but has come up short in a lot of Playoff series and he's at that age where you'd expect an all-time great player to win a championship.

Now that the Warriors aren't loaded and the competition is pretty even around the league, you'd expect the Rockets to finally break through and at least make the Finals. They were arguably the 2nd best team in the league from 2017-19 and now replaced Chris Paul with a younger star player who's put up a triple-double for 3 straight seasons so I'd put the most pressure on them to win.

Why does Kawhi never have pressure?
He went to an already established playoff team and

Because no one cares about him. He isnt top 10 worthy so no one cares. Same with Curry

Lakers would have a trio of PG/AD/Kawhi right now if we never signed Lebron.

Rob Pelinka and Magic Johnson :facepalm

Yeah, Curry has no pressure. Nobody expects them to win. Also, I'd much rather have 2018 Chris Paul over 2020 Westbrook...especially when it comes to this team. Westbrook is now playing with the biggest iso ball hog in the league and he's an atrocious off the ball player. At least when Harden and Paul were on the court together Paul could spread the floor when he didn't have the ball. It would help if Westbrook would cut to the basket a lot like Dwyane Wade used to with LeBron, but he's never been a guy who has before when he didn't have the ball.

I'm a huge Lebron fan but I'd be an idiot to choose Lebron over prime Kawhi AND PG.

It's funny seeing Bran stans say no one cares about Kawhi when they would've literally slobbered his sweaty game 6 ball.sack if it meant he wouldve teamed up with Bran
