This ain't a battle. It's a massacre.

He really didn't play well tbfh. He has all that shooting talent, and he wants to dump it down to AD and hope he does something for 4 quarters. Felt like it was a very poor approach to the team that he has.

Notice how he's crossing over behind the back now instead of in front - that's because behind-the-back crossovers are much easier on the knees than the typical iverson crossover in front of the body

Trust me.. his knees are done... :D

Also, don't you think the Lakers' cast would look a lot better if Lebron got his stats in 5 minutes of hold-time like Kawhi instead of 10 minutes like he did last night?..

Lebron's casts have looked like trash for 17 years because his teammates get less time with the ball alongside his abnormal ball-dominance

Dumb? What was dumb is his team coming back in the 3 minutes he was off in the end of the 3rd... Through ball movement. Danny Green catching fire because he was getting the ball. Rondo is out, fine. So it's LeBron on the ball, where they looked very average.

If James sparingly got the ball into Davis, then you and others would cry while saying he wasn't getting Davis the ball enough and that's why LA lost.

Like I said ...... dumb.

Far from washed. :lol

Lebron in 2018-19 season averaged 27.4 PPG, 8.3 APG, and 8.5 RPG. So no.

Yeah, I'm a known LeBron hater eh... Did you watch the game, broski? I have no agenda, LeBron played like shit. And Davis started missing shots. The shot selection when needing to cut the lead was poor. The ball movement was also pretty poor when LeBron brought the ball up, that's a fact.

KD (healthy) and Kawhi are now better then Lebron.

It's like if peak Kobe and peak Wade were in the NBA in 1998 and surpassing 98 MJ (which they would).

He's no doubt past his prime, but still able to ball pretty well. I saw Lebron doing the same thing he was doing last year at the beginning of the season; trying to keep his teammates involved in the action. He's going to need them to be involved and hungry instead of clearing out to let him go 1v1 repeatedly. The more his teammates can share in the action, the easier it will be for Lebron to score if the opposition has to watch other people besides him and AD.

It'll take a bit for nine new players to get in synch with each other, a new coaching staff, and a new offense at game pace. I'm OK if it takes a bit for them to get it revved up and hitting on all cylinders.

The Clippers had most of their roster intact as well as the coaching staff from last year and mostly just added the best player in the league (since PG didn't play). It would have been great to see them tear the Clippers a new one, but not a realistic expectation given the circumstances.Whatever happens, the Staples Center is going to have a lot of great basketball games this season.

That's the problem when you rely on athelticism and do not have fundamentals.

Lebron does look like he is in decline.. ADavis is a great player but they gave up way too much for him. They should have kept Lonzo..The current Lakers have only one player to break down a defense and Lebron can barely get past anyone. Too many bigs in a league where perimeter players rule..

Watching NBA games last night and it is evident the Lakers need more perimeter playmakers. Or they need to let that white guy play. He is better than RONDO..

I AGREE.. Lebron was able to hold the ball in the past when he could get his own shot easily. But doing it now really hurts his team cuz they are fielding two 7fters and its not like either of them are sharpshooters. He needs to get rid of the ball faster..

he was bad in that first game but was moving pretty well. lakers just have bad chemistry and they got out a great game out of danny green but they had KCP scrubbing it up on the court. meanwhile the clippers are a team that already has chemistry in place.

it's going to be fun watching these teams go at it.

clippers bench outscored the lakers bench 60-19 they'll always get outscored when the clippers have lou off the bench but it won't be that bad every night as the lakers get better.

You can't make a good argument for 98 MJ over peak Kobe/Wade. But go ahead and try.

I know people have been saying this about LeBron for years now, but officially everything he does in his career now is gravy. Literally no player in the history of the league has had expectations to do anything after 35, the only ones who achieved anything of note was Kareem & Duncan. Even if LeBron closes out his career with a 2011 loss every season, it'll honestly still be better than what anybody else was doing at the same age minus Kareem & Duncan
