That thumbnail is from a different video. It's like a therapy for me, reminds me how fuсked up and short life is for some people and that ultimately nothing matters, cause sooner or later we all die. On a side note, i really have a knack for doing things most people wont. Those type of videos dont bother me at all. Been watching this stuff for 15 years now. When i was a teenager some of that stuff used to bother for days.
