third party doctrine is the key. Police and government dont need a warrant on you to get any record they want because what you do isnt owned by you, but by the company...

thats pretty amazing. Add in the GPS aspect of phones and the thing has your every movement tagged and loaded.

it's never been harder to get away with anything than it is today and going forward.
