D. Rose...All Star?

Rose is Balling out and keeping pistons in games. His shot efficiency this year is his best ever. Not sure he keeps this up...but isn't he an Eastern all star if he keeps this up? How often do 6th man types get in? Good for him.

There is zero doubt Rose is an elite combo guard when fit. If he manages to avoid all those ankle and muscle niggle he will be there.
