Lonzo with 5 straight points

yo the whole first quarter was both teams throwing the ball to each other and/or falling over/traveling. Dudes even ran into each other (forgot which team) and lost the ball. It was sad, then the Wars started getting some clean looks at 3s and that was it.

DEY CREEPIN BACK IN THO.

Edit: @ Lonzo, go Lonzo. haha. I like Lonzo. That play was just dumb. I'd be happy to see Pels take this, but they gonna need more than 5 pts.

Warriors got hot from deep while Pelicans been struggling. Couple roll-outs for BI and Reddick bricking everything. Worst defense they've played so far, getting outhustled by D-leaguers. Somehow it's only a 15-point game.

dray w/ 8 assists at halftime.

I hope ol dude didn't bet 41 over on the Pels wins this season haha.

The current team has 3 of those laker young studs.

Zion has never started a game.

Maybe these guys just...aren't really that good?

Perhaps Zion can save them but BI, Lonzo, Hart, etc are all role player and/or guys who can put up decent numbers on a bad team.

Right now they are super trash, and having your 'superstar' get injured before gm1 with an injury that might be a lingering career problem has to chip away at the morale. They are awful. Jahlil Okafor is ****ing awful. I thought he could be ok. Opening tip dude was like ya they should get Jah some touches cuz he's got the size advantage. Dude proceeds to turn it over repeatedly.

By the time they get Zion back, they might already be in tank time. I dunno if I've ever liked Gentry as a winning coach, tbh. They are def young, tho. I think BI is a legit bum (sorry everyone haha), but dudes like Hart and Zo can find a place. BI is just stupid. He's got a long way to go. He has to learn how to play like a winner. Imo Lonzo is a really solid bball player. SOME DAY we will get to see him on a winning team and it will become apparent.

Pels obviously aren't a contender, average teams go through losing streaks and this is a young team missing two key players early in the season and against 4 good teams in a row, they've faced 3 likely Playoff teams in their first 4 games with 3 close losses. Way too early to read anything into it but Ingram looks like he's taking the next step as a player. If they get Jrue and Zion back they'll win a bunch of games, interior defense is a real issue because Favors and Okafor are both trash.

And then what will Ingram be?

He gonna be that 25 ppg scorer for them?

27/9/4 on 53% so far this season

better than Pip ever was

MJ wins the championship in 1989 and 1990 with Ingram, Wiggins, Beal, Klay, Iggy, and about 50 other guys over Pippen in those years

and therefore 5-peats with about a zillion other guys over pippen, who wouldn't have developed without MJ - he cost MJ chips with his suckiness early-on, whereas the other guys were good right away

facts gonna facts

Probably not this season but he's developed his 3-point shot to the point where he might be one. He's been an efficient 20+ ppg scorer in his last 40 or so games.

I don't understand why you're hating on him so much, he's becoming a great young player.

ppl just upset he didnt turn out to be like next mini-KD..
look at other young players, Porzingis, Doncic, Trae, Ayton, etc.. most ppl expecting Ingram to be at least better than Trae and porzingis by now.

well, took him long enough.
but he got us AD, so i guess we own him a big hug.

i still like him to be honest, but i hoped he could perform like how doncic did in his first year, and we waited 3 years...
