All parties viewed Simmons as a peacemaker in scuffle. Simmons was seen on top of Towns, calming him down with with his arms.

HiThe refs that heard what was being said could have thought that Simmons was calming Towns down. With that said it looked like he was fighting. None of philly's next few games is on ESPN or TNT so they don't have much reason to let Simmons off if they think he was being dirty. I don't know either way, not taking a side.
