Mj by a mile. Same stats pretty much except he has 2 more chips 2 more fmvp's, 2 more mvp's, 3 more scoring titles and 3 more first team all defensive teams.

It's mj and it's not even close

Hahaha your pathetic dude. Your gonna Talk about inflation. This is the biggest stat inflation era ever. Nothing against lebron. He's my favorite player in this era but mj crushes him if we're comparing there 30's. Comparing them in there 20's is much closer.

No it isn't the late 80s were easily more inflated, your just upset that LeBron at 35 > MJ at 35 and It's not particularly close

Well mj didn't play at 35 so I'll concede that because LeBron is still pretty sick this year and we don't know what would have happened if mj didn't retire in 1998. The debate wasn't 35 though it was 30's and mj as ive already shown is easily ahead of LeBron.

And it's not even close

Half the season yeah. That dosnt help your guys case though. Mj in 97-98 won a chip, a MVP, scoring title, first team defence and a fmvp. LeBron won't do any of that.

Regular season MJ was better

But LeBron in the playoffs from 16-18 was definitely better than second 3-peat MJ statistically

Statistically yeah sure but comparing stats now to stats 30 years ago is pointless. The game is just way to different. Regardless if you think it's different for better or worse it's just not the same. They also played in different systems. LeBron wouldn't have the stats he got if he played under Phil Jackson in the triangle. He just wouldn't. Anyone who says he would dosnt know the game. This is why stats are important but not the end all and be all. Accomplishments, chips and the eye test matter just as much and when you look at those mj is a bit better. Especially in there 30's.
