Personality traits have been murky with him but hes in a situation where

Lebron is better and a leader and he knows it.
AD is younger and a better player and he knows it

Understands hes still a good starter in a good team. Wants one more payday before he its done.

I also think that Lakers team all like each other more now. AD seems like a good teammate and Javale probably knows while he starts Dwight will finish games.
