It’s just way too up and down. Way too much shot jacking. I’m not saying the game should only be for bigs. But there should be some kind of balance. Do you guys really like the nba these days? It’s more like nba jam or nba 2k. It’s very one dimensional.

I think the mid 2000s were good because you had a combination of different types. You had Kobe and AI and Wade. But you also had Dirk and Gasol and Duncan and KG and Shaq. Later on Howard and Blake Griffin.

We had small forwards like Pierce and Melo..

Point guards like Nash and Kidd.

The game was balanced. Now it’s just ughhh..

Watch the Lakers if you want to see actual basketball. We don't play at a ridiculous pace nor do we jack up a lot of 3s (compared to other teams).

I wanna see better ball movement, more mid-range jumpshots (not just 3's and points in the paint ), and better defense. I'm speaking mostly for my Rockets, and also for the rest of the league as well.

Lakers aren't jacking up tons of threes. They're winning inside and with defense.

Embiid and Jokic are bringing back the big man.

Kawhii is dominant with his midrange game.

The game ebbs and flows but the one dimensionality of today's game is overstated. The decline of the Warriors has opened things up.

It may be just me, but I think there have been more mid-range taken from what I've been seeing. Maybe it's just certain teams and matchups I've been watching though. :confusedshrug:

Makes sense to be honest. For the past 5 years teams have changed their entire defensive scheme to stop the Warriors at the 3pt line. Now that everybody focuses on defending the 3 ball , the mid range is the more effective.

i wouldn't mind better ball movement overall. Always more fun.

Branball's limitation is the lack of team ball movement and it makes a team lose rhythm. Requiring Lord Brando to be the processor usually means the computer can only run at a certain, lower megahertz.

It's fine in the RS , tho.

Same can be said with Hardenball.... HOGBALL

Hi OP, you can thank your team for playing a massive part in the evolution of shot jacking

But its okay when your team is doing it and winning, right?
