At the moment, Anthony Davis and Lebron both have PERs of 28.7
I dont believe that there has ever been a duo that came even close to achieving getting 28+ while playing together.

Obviously, its early days and they might cool off. But worth noting.

AD will end up leading the team in PER, he's had the higher PER 4 out of the last 5 seasons.

Not sure if theres some confusion but in none of the other cases that have been listed did both players have 28+ PERs. Although I agree, one or both might drop.

Sure, if you don't count Durant holding 2016 Westbrook back just shy of 28.

Lebron needs one more of these on his team to win.

Damn... the no defense era summed up nicely - we got guys like 35 year old 5-11 chris paul and Clint Capela, a lob specialist without a single offensive move, both with elite superstar PERs virtually akin to prime Kareem one of the most dominant centers in NBA history that played during the center era. Both of these oddly high PER players are on the same team... then you realize they're just doing that as roleplayers with another guy with nearly 30 PER on that exact same team.... the hell :oldlol:

To be fair Chris Paul was still amazing in 2018.

Yep. Awful defense throughout the league overall.
