Stats or eye test?
If its eye-test, I say ISO Joe. I would take prime ISO Joe over anybody when there are 10 seconds left on the clock.

https://i.makeagif.com/media/5-08-2019/eY2j3S.gif
And if you look at the largest sample size (last 5 min of tight game), MJ's advantage looks nice and clear, even as an old man - its VERY RARE to see this kind of clear separation at the very top of any profession:
Playoff shots in last 5 minutes, within 5 points, since 2001

Kobe's clutch numbers are mad underrated, people want to focus on the last shot (which almost every high-volume shooter is inefficient on, and he took more 3s and than anybody in those situations), but he was top 5 in most seasons in either ppg or TS%.
Coaches might have been able to game plan to stop a singular shot from Kobe at the end of a game, but they could never stop him consistently in the fourth quarter, where he often played his best basketball (TS% requires a minimum of 50 FGA in playoff fourth quarters).
https://defpen.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Screen-Shot-2017-06-03-at-3.01.00-PM.png
Kobe Bryant led the league in points per fourth quarter in the 2002, 2003, and 2008 playoffs. For all of his critics who say he would shot chuck in the late stages of the game and play “hero ball,” they were simply incorrect. Granted, Kobe was a high usage isolation player and at times, it was effective. Howeer, he was leading the league in TS% in 2001 and 2002, was second in 2008, and was fifth in 2003. But fourth quarter stats can be misleading, right? Who knows if he was just putting up numbers in the fourth when the game was already decided? When using the NBA’s definition of clutch, the last five minutes of the fourth quarter or overtime, when the score is within five points, we find an interesting result. All stats are per 36 minutes, requiring at least 10 minutes played in clutch situations, and TS% requires a minimum of 15 FGA in clutch situations
https://defpen.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Screen-Shot-2017-06-03-at-3.01.08-PM.png
Those 3-Peat numbers are insane, especially in the 2001 run, where he' top 5 in points per minute and #1 with a ridiculous 62.7%TS in the last 5 minutes down/up 5, the 2000 Playoffs clutch number is otherwordly as well.
I wish I had a good graphic on his assist numbers in crunch time, but they were really good in Playofs/Finals.
"Clutch" is 2 minutes left with margin of 3 in playoffs,
I will be only talking about Lebron and Kobe, considering these two were heads and shoulders beyond everyone else for their efficiency and volume.
