Take care of your body.

Rest if you have an injury or get sick.

I wish I did that when I was young. I always ignored injuries and didn't want to be no punk lil b*tch and just go through the pain. I never called out sick no matter how sick I was and I ignored any and every pain.

Shit catches up to you.

I got a pinch in my nerve (neck area) a few days ago, I ignored it and kept trucking along through the pain. Fast forward to the next day and Im unable to move my right side. Two days and I still feel pain and can't move my body normally without the nerves feeling like they're being ripped apart.

So please young cats, don't try to be superman and ignore pain or sickness, shit'll catch up to you and you're gonna wish you visited the doctors when you're in your 40s.

Rest up

All that negative anger and energy towards Trump doesn't help either.

OP are you really in your 40s?

I honestly assumed you were like in your early 20s bc of the Apple fanboying, the posting music on soundcloud, and the wetting your pants about DJT.

You have the online footprint of a milennial.

Weird. :confusedshrug:

Disagree. Just don't be dumb enough to ignore something in your neck area.

Everybody always says this... When is it supposed to catch up to you?
