I have to agree with this .. the only exception I would say is if you're going to lift weights .. I think it kinda drains you and relaxes you too much and you don't want that before hittin the iron .. although if it's gonna be filled with hot women in spandex pants then maybe it's a good idea lol

Definitely works. Almost spent $350 on a trick once during a dry spell, but after I nutted I just wanted to eat some pop tarts and play video games. Spent that $350 on weed and booze. Another time I almost cheated on an ex, but immediately after I nutted all over myself I had this huge sense of regret even considering it and started balling. Like biting my pillow type of cry. I'm actually starting to think that the whole jerk, or not to jerk decision could've led to populations from Africa migrating north originally. Look how big Africa is, there's plenty of room and resources for early man. Only reason I could think of that they would go north to the cold climates is they didn't nut and were in search of new women ****
