Bradley Beal is currently averaging 30-5-7 and I think it's safe to say he's about the 15th best player or so in the league.

What other era is this embarrassing?

All stats from the '10s decade should have a huge *

Luka
Embiid
Jokic
Butler
Lillard
KAT
Kyrie
Kemba
Siakam
Gobert

Who are you taking off that list for Beal?

Siakam
Kemba

Siakam would beat the shit out of Beal and then spin off him for an easy bucket

Devin booker, a non superstar that complains about being double teamed in pickup games, scored 70+ in this era

Yikes

Where would y'all rank Iverson in '06 when he averaged 33-3-7? Honestly, to me he'd be fringe top 10 that year

The first year the NBA banned defense... on ball hand checking so yeah 2006 was a half baked version of this current past SEVERAL seasons. Players sort of adjusted back into playing defense after that and made the best of it but now too many rules have been tweaked and I don’t see any adjustments that can be made anymore. The NBA has got to reinstate some defensive freedom at this point.

I would definitely put Brand ahead of him, then you'd have the likes of Shaq, Billups, Arenas, Yao, Marion, Kidd etc. in the mix as well

elton brand has a good case. You're right for rest shaqattack had ai 8th that year.

As for the beal stuff. Just for rs kawhi hasnt been that great and neither has jokic. for sure they'll be better by the end of the year but rn they're not. PG hasnt done shit yet either, likely will be ahead but for now not(but again beal's likely not staying at 30ppg for the whole year).

I am taking him over butler, kyrie, kemba, and gobert for now too and could see him being better than all those guys even by the end of the year. Butler/beal was pretty highly debated last year. siakam is debatable.

The only clear ones right now are giannis, harden, bran, ad, luka, embiid, lillard, kat. I think you can safely assume kawhi, george, and jokic but he would still be like pretty comfortably top 15.

Finally for op's question, dantley was scoring 30 on 65ts% in the 80s and arguably not top 10 some years.
