The kind of medical attention famous athletes have access today is amazing. Payton Manning played several seasons and won a SB after breaking his neck. Also, Jordan retired twice after three-peats because he was bored and didn't think there was anything left to prove. Meanwhile, Lebron has always been chasing Jordan and still is. Makes a difference.
