There's a reason he wasn't signed.

Couldn't even be efficient against a team like Cleveland.

That speaks volumes.

the 0-8 was the worst. His defense actually wasn't bad at all. He got caught in some bad situations but he hasn't hurt the team there.

0-8 three is so ****ing bad. We literally win this game if he makes 3 of those.

Blazers bench is pure ass and they have no bigs..
Tristan kardashian ran a train on them, maybe dame and mccrappum could learn how to play D, Clarktard put on a clinic also:roll:

Blame melo all you want, the blazers are shit

It wasn't Melo's fault. Not completely blaming him. Lillard is playing through a ****ed up back and looks a step slow.

The team will be different when Nurkic and Collins get back. That can't be stated enough for fans hitting panic button.

lol nothing is going to change this season, period. You should be happy, though. Carmelo is a great tank commander.

If you watch the games he actually isn't really hurting the team anymore than other bench players have been doing. The team is just ass right now. I just don't think anyone should be using Melo as a scapegoat. He is actually coming in and putting in some effort like he wants to be on the team.

Portland is fortunate that the 7th/8th seed in the west will likely be sub 45 win teams. Otherwise, they would be in a huge hole already.

Yes. Melo getting 35 minutes and 0-8 from 3 isnt that big a deal.

A guy who has not played in a year is thrust into a starting role on a team that was a 12 seed when he got there and played 2 of 3 games without its best player didn

Such a star.

Nobody thinks he was recently or is currently a star.

Don't get me wrong, he was not a good player the last few years if we are being honest, but nobody with a brain is saying Melo could be a star again.

In the two games I watched, I thought he played better than he did on the Thunder for the most part.

But, probably not much of needle-moving here if he's going to be neutral / negative on defense and score on poor efficiency.

Scoring 15 plus a game on poor efficiency while not doing anything else doesn't make a player good.

We'll see though, maybe he can find a role when the Blazers get right that helps the team. I hope he does because the Blazers sucking isn't fun for the league.

Melo hasn't been the same since Lala let it all hang out on the set of 50 cent's show tbh

Cavs were without Love, Lillard came back for the Blazers and they STILL f*cking lost. :oldlol:

It was stupid to sign him.

Nobody thinks he was recently or is currently a star.
Except for himself. He thinks he should obviously be a starter. Probably an all-star too. :lol That's been the whole problem since his last days in New York.

A guy who has not played in a year is thrust into a starting role on a team that was a 12 seed when he got there and played 2 of 3 games without its best player didn’t lead them to immediate glory?

Hard to fathom.
Then you think about Carmelo being out, then Jeremy no-name Lin being put into the starting lineup and Linsanity and New York's run happened. :lol Then Carmelo comes back from injury and takes the momentum away from them.

Hes just a role player right now, at this moment theres no need to hate on him. At least hes willing to put down his ego and play a supporting role, unlike the most cancerous cancer called Allen Iverson who couldnt.
