Side bar:

How many Finals trips will it take for Curry to win a Finals MVP? He has appeared in 5 Finals but is currently 0 for 5.

Why are we counting stats in blowout losses? 3 of Lebron's top 4 came in one-sided Finals series that all ended within 5 games. Why should I care about his PER down 30 to the Warriors or Spurs?

Most of those Finals elevated his Playoffs PER which is a big factor in having the numbers he does. You notice that only one of his Finals wins is barely in the top 5.

Why should I put much weight in a Playoff run that he didn't end up winning the title in? 2017 is a complete sham because he faced terrible defenses in the first 3 rounds and padded his numbers in a one-sided loss to the Warriors.

1st round: 17th ranked Pacers
2nd round: 11th ranked cRaptors
3rd round: 13th ranked Celtics

And the Finals featured probably the highest pace in any Championship series in the modern era where it was a blowout in 4 out of 5 games.

So you're trying to take away from LeBron's 2018 Finals performance where he put up

34-9-10 on 53% and 34-9-9 on 54% throughout the entire playoffs

You can't make this shit up :lol

Why are we talking about a dude who has LOST at every championship level in his career?

High school championship game junior year, loss. Check.
Olympics did not win the gold. Check.
NBA Finals series = lost 31 out of a max 36 losses. Lost 6 series out of 9. Check.

For a dude that big and with such god-given athleticism he's really underachieved.

I do not have Lebron in my top 50 players of all time based on pure basketball skills. He's a poor defender, average ball handler, average footwork, poor mid range shooter and average 3 pt. shooter. Below average free throw shooter. Not clutch in the finals - 9 damn finals series with 0 game winners.
Again, - never in a full NBA season has Lebron won a ring without a bailout shot from a teammate. Facts; I know they're rough.

2018 Finals was the most one-sided Finals sweep in NBA history with the Warriors outscoring the Cavs by 15 points(2nd highest in a sweep was by 12 points in 1971), of course I'm not putting much stock into that. You can average 50/10/10 for all I care but I'd want the W if I was a Cavs fan, the averages wouldn't make me any happier about the loss.

2014 as well, am I supposed to be happy as a Heat fan if my team gets outscored by 18 ppg in a 1 - 4 loss? Why would I care that Lebron shot well in blowout losses?

2004 FIBA = bronze
2006 FIBA = bronze
2007 NBA Finals = swept. 22.0 PPG on 34% shooting.
2009 ECFS = beat in 5 games by Dwight Howard
2010 = 66 win team, lost to Boston, quit on team
2011 = 8 point game 4, beat by Jason Terry. Favorites and lost.
2013 = bailed out by Ray Allen = missed the winner himself.
2014 = Beat in 5 games by a record Finals loss margin
2015 = Shot under 40% from the floor and could not get it done. Another L.
2016 = Bailed out again this time by Kyrie. Ref rig job on Green.
2017 = Raped in Finals in 5 games
2018 = 4 game bookend sweep in the finals. Came to press with "broken" hand.

2019 = Misses playoffs after activating playoff mode.

So yeah - IMO he does not live up to the CH0ZEN1_LOLZ tattoo on his back. :facepalm

Must have triggered 3balt. Got him to dust off another alt :lol

Simpy put
LeBron has scored more playoff points than any player in NBA history, despte other players having been in more playoff appearances.

Let that sink in. He scored MORE points on LESS shots, surpassing Jordan as most prolific playoff scorer ever.

What a loser he is :(

The only people grasping for straws are Lebron slurpers who have to cling to stats and spend hours of looking through Jordan's career to find any blemishes to prep up Lebron. If this dude really was the GOAT, his resume would speak for itself from a winning and dominance perspective. He played better teams? Good for him. He's gotten his ass beat by those stacked teams more than he's beaten them so how does that make him better than Jordan?

quite certain Derek Rose with a 21.1 PER, 2 away from his MVP year of 23.5 is arguably a bigger accomplishment
