right now I would say no.

Maybe upgrade the front court with an Ibaka, Gasol, Aldridge, etc to bang in the playoffs and they have a shot

Silva and Adebayo aint gonna cut it

they are getting destroyed by teams with size

Not quite there yet, but you never know

They're in a much better position than before though- and that means something. A couple smart moves or FA signings here and there and we might be able to pull off a run like the Raptors just did
