Shooting 43% from the field, 30% from 3. Already missed over 6 games.

Is he good? Can some contending team in the East get him?

kawhi is a postseason player. clippers just need to make it into the playoffs.

they can drop some games here and there all season just need 50ish wins. which they'll get.

He's playing injured, it's hard. Doubt he'll ever be 100% unless he takes serious time off.

And what happens when they go 6-7 games with Utah/Rockets/Denver/Lakers and have to run it back vs one of them a couple days later. Kawhi wont be the same beast.

OP, would you consider Kawhi a big star?

What about Paul George? Is he a big star?

Told y'all he was going to get exposed now that he doesn't have Marc Gasol and Ibaka to stretch the floor for him

He is on load management this year, he was on load management last year and then he practically took the whole season off when he was a Spur. Is he injured that bad?

I've heard he's just not willing to play through pain. I mean, in meaningless regular season games, that's understandable.

Really it's the fact that he had an all-star point guard and one of the best floor generals in the league in Lowry and now has Patrick Beverly. It's a lot more work and responsibility on his shoulders, and it's going to be that way between both him and George. We'll see how they do

OP legit can’t decide if he likes or dislikes LeBron. :oldlol:

Disliked him last season because he was indeed a huge bitch and many of his classic tantrums, trading players, not trying hard enough was prevalent. I like him this season - i mean he got what he wanted. But hes been playing very well, even on D. So this season, Im a fan. People just get so upset when I meme him because these kids have sick mental issues with him. In all honesty, he deserved all the flak last season and he deserves a majority of the credit this season. I thought Kawhi was better than him last few years and that LeBron was not a top 5 NBA player last season. This season LeBron is most definitely top 3, if not the best in the league.

kawhi is a postseason player. you'll see when he destroys teams in the playoffs this year.

the lakers have a big team so thats their advantage they'll have to dominate their frontcourt which they can with the AD and lbj duo. a team like the rockets on the other hand would get obliterated by the length of kawhi and PG. when the game slows down and the refs stop calling fouls - man.

I just sense that its coming, a rockets clippers series with kawhi destroying harden. WCF playoffs will be incredible this year.

Yeah but the lack of rest time in the West is going to be an issue for him. That was my point. He was on his last life line last season.

except lebron actually got a finals MVP. kawhi would destroy kobe if they played in a series. it would be far worse than what tayshaun prince did to him.

I think they can win 50 cycling PG and kawhi and then relying heavily on their guys from last year

It's a degenerative injury, so odds are that he never gets back to 100 as long as he's playing pro sports. Its the type of thing that will flare up anytime he plays.
