A Rockets source is optimistic that the NBA office will take action regarding James Harden's dunk that didn't count, either awarding the win to Houston or ordering that the final 7:50 be replayed because the Rockets outscored the Spurs in regulation. The Rockets believe a protest might not be necessary but will prepare to file one if the league office does not take action.

Guess they're not concerned with the blatant over the back violation on Westbrook at the end of the third quarter when he lobbed to Tyson Chandler. Pathetic. :lol :lol

Desperate for a regular season win? Well, this is as important as it gets for the Rockets.

Wait, that would hurt Harden's stats!

50/9/6 and 24-24

Games played completely different if that dunk counts. Maybe harden misses the angry 3 in the next play..

Yeah, the refs did **** up but they had all the chances in the world to win that game, it would set a dangerous precedent.

Good, as they should. This is completely different from a missed call. The next time the Rockets and Spurs meet they should play the 7:50 of this game, followed by regulation of the next game.

Its the West. That one game is the difference between playing at home or on the road in a playoff series.

That will be extremely sad.

I’ll be shocked if the NBA overturns it. It’s not like the dunk happened in the last second of a tied game. Plenty of basketball was played after the miscall. And what kind of precedent would that set? In the course of a game, several points are scored as a result of a bad call or non call. Are we gonna review every game now? NBA should swat this quickly.

How is this any different than any of the hundred plays a game they get wrong... why because the ball went in the hoop? Please all it takes is one other missed call to have the same impact. Sure, it

A crucial incorrect foul call that leads to a star player going to the bench happens probably once a week if not far more and that shit is way more important than one basket.

Do they play the games over again or overturn losses because they ****ed up a foul call forced a star to the bench? **** outta here with this shit.

2008 the Heat protested game when the refs said Shaq fouled out with only 5 fouls. They ended up playing the game from the point of the 5th foul. Don't know how it ended.

That would raise his FG% up above 29%! I guess he would still have the 16 missed 3-pointers though, lol.

Have we ever seen a chucker the likes of James Harden?
