or teams and therefore requires ready-made stars to win acquired via team-hopping

Lebron simply avoided the career-losing fate of other ball-dominators by colluding for the extra talent this style needs to win

Ultimately, his style is suboptimal - he starts at SF but then shares PG duties with the PG - this creates a 2 point guard lineup that gives teammates less hold-time and assists than they get in 1-PG lineups, thus causing low TEAM assists and a brand that struggles on the championship level, aka 3/9... this suboptimal style results from a SKILL DEFICIT where he can't get elite stats off-ball.

But did the team have two second options?

classic example - MJ stunting Pippen's growth
Pippen went from single digit rookie to all-star in 3 years - so he grew by leaps and bounds next to MJ and achieved his production highs next to MJ (21.0 ppg + 7.0 apg in 1992)

But this denial of fact that causes you to stan a fraud.. a fake, manufactured goat, whose style must team-hop for ready-made stars to win and infact can't hit yhe big shot in the championship (0-8 on clutch shots in Finals)

Pippen without MJ = MVP runner up

Armstrong without MJ = instant all star

LeGod is just so GOAT that efficiency is irrelevant. This allows him to focus more on style points and fan service while still achieving success. The phallically challenged Michael Jordan on the other hand needed all the focus and efficiency he could muster to collect cheap wins in the pathetic 90s.

An analogy, if you will:
Lebron is a Monster Truck punching through snow dunes as it ascends vertically to the peaks of The Himalayas at 500miles/hour. Meanwhile, MJ is carefully climbing the mountain with a full harness while being berated by a Sherpa guide to grow a pair.

Another thread with OP pulling cliffs from his manifesto.

What's next? Why Space Jam '21 will be <<< '96 Space Jam?

So you admit without the Triangle offense and Pippen, Jordan would of been a career loser!Him going iso every play would never have won even 1 ring.

not true

Before Phil was head coach, MJ carried the "didn't even think about him" (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=367912) version of Pippen to 6 games with champs in the 89' ECF... MJ did the same again in 1990 with Phil, going down in 7 however..

So it was a natural progression, based entirely on growth of rookies like Pippen, not on Mj taking less shots or Phil being a genius (Phil was a rookie, nobody coach while MJ was the goat candidate)

Bron ball doesn't win championships unless it involves a teammate hitting a miracle clutch shot. 5 finals losses with having either K love or Bosh on the team says it all. He entered the league with a spot up shooter in Z, and got accustomed to playing like that his whole career regardless of the talent around him. He was unable to adapt because his overall game is so limited. His brand of basketball is so flawed that it turned Bosh and K Love into spot up shooters, whereas the year before they displayed several offensive moves/various ways to score. Eye test doesn't lie. LeBron is just an inferior teammate and inferior basketball player to Jordan. 6 finals losses despite choosing his own teams cements this fact. Yes we know it sucks for people that didn't witness MJ and they have to get all insecure about it and pout like whiny bitches, but facts are facts. No one said life has to be fair. :oldlol:
