Happiness? You don't think AD is happy to finally be on a contending roster? His production is pretty similar to his previous seasons, minus the rebounds. He's averaging more points per 100 possessions than his previous two seasons, despite playing with another high-volume scorer.
The only loser in this right now is Kuzma, he's not even really a consistent 3rd scorer at this point while being a 1st/2nd option for the majority of his young career.
He's never been this good defensively.

He's being held back so much he's averaging 27.7ppg (.4 less than his season high of 28.1) and a career best 28.9 per 36.

If lebron is who you think he is, he would be scoring more ppg than AD. LeBron chooses who take a shots when he is on the floor. So far this season he is clearly choosing to make sure AD gets his. He's assisting AD like 5-6 times a game. Plus a couple more that end in free throws.
LeBron wants a ring in LA. I am certain he doesn't care who scores more between him and AD.
