How is Spencer Dinwiddie so clutch?

I swear he has at least 5 game winners in the last two seasons and right now is leading the Nets with Kyrie out.

He's been clutch but he started this season making a lot of mistakes down the stretch.

That said, I'm surprised how defenders keep underrating his speed. He has one of the fastest first steps in the league, very creative with the ball and he understands Kenny's offense so he's always in tuned where guys should be.
