The 7 win Bobcats were 2012. Your list is correct, along with the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Sixers, 2015 Knicks, 2015 Timberwolves, 2014 Bucks (had no winning streak ALL SEASON), 2008 Heat, and this year's Warriors.
