Kawhi is sitting a ton, PG only plays 29mpg, bench has to do a lot of the work...

Don't people realize the Clippers are still the team to beat? They will be a lot better with PG and Kawhi playing 8-10 minutes more per game in the playoffs.

Lakers are showing us their full strength already while Clips are going about 70%.

Clips are running a marathon. They can load manage all they want but AD's gonna give them this work if they meet in the Playoffs.

Stupid Kawhi thinks he can load manage in the Western Conference. Nick Nurse is a better coach than Rivers. And Raptors better than the Clippers.

Lakers have been better than expected but Clips are probably still the favorites.

HCA isn't all that big of a deal in a 7-game series, so I think they're playing this right.

Just shows how meaningless the regular season is. Considering their biggest threat plays in the same damn building, there's no reason for them to go that hard until the postseason

They will definitely give it a legitimate go on Christmas day against the Lakers. That'll be interesting to see for sure. Christmas day is 2 months into the season and a far better barometer for how the teams are doing as opposed to opening night. Then again, none of these games mean anything. I've seen a team lose to another team 4 times during the regular season and beat them in the playoffs, so.

They also got their asses spanked by the Bucks. They weren't mailing it in and yet they were absolutely smoked.

No need to go all out now when you will play same team in same building in playoffs.

Clippers are skipping the schedule like NBA 2k right now.

Lakers will probably go all out to win 70 games only to sputter in the 1st or second round after LeTaco runs Davis to the ground.

Yeah by far the two biggest questions in basketball right now are:

1.) Is the Lakers' current level of play sustainable?

2.) Can the Clippers simply flip the switch and dominate come playoff time?

The biggest problem Clippers have to face, is the injury problem.
If they can stay out of injury, they are a contender, as simple as that.
That's why they have load management for KL.
Period.

I agree. Teams with the best regular season record are sometimes burned out by the playoffs.

I am so tired of this recent development of fans being so concerned about fatigue and energy levels of players. Quit coddling them. Kawhi is an exception because he has an obvious degenerative condition, but a lot of you guys act like these dudes are breaking their backs by playing 20-35 minutes of basketball every other day.

You buy a Ferrari, you enjoy it. You don

Bump.

Another win with Kawhi and PG playing like 25mpg.

Clippers are what, 21-8 right now playing at 70% capacity?

Yes Kawhi can and Clippers can.
They are 2nd in the Western conference, and every player is under 30 mpg.

They are holding back and still #2 in the West...

They are playing the right way for now in the regular season. Lakers should be having AD and Lebron playing 4-5 minutes less per game as well.
