I think I gotta go with broccoli. Delicious, super healthy overall and even acts as a cancer preventative. I also enjoy collards quite a lot if they

Broccoli.
Asparagus.
Collards.

I'd eat healthy all the time if I wasn't lazy and women cooked like they used to.

For real, they taste great when cooked and seasoned properly.

Broccoli & asparagus

They taste really good when you grill them a little bit on the stove and season them with some salt & pepper

There you go again with your beans. A thread about green vegetables and this guy talking about his white beans....:lol

I suppose it could be worse... I'm sure Lebron23 will be along to talk about his amazing SPAM/Spinach combo dish.....

That being said, I don't think there is a green vegetable that I don't like. They are all amazing.

Cabbage and bok choy are great when cooked. I like arugula in a salad or even on a sandwich/burger.

not a fan of bitter so green veggies arent my favorite. likely will go with green beans, cucumbers, and spinach in that order. Brussel sprouts and broccoli can be nice if cooked well but just steamed broccoli for example is pretty unappetizing for me. Cabbage is technically green I guess and really versatile
