It sure is because AD's correctly been ranked above Lebron the last two seasons.

RPM is such a great stat. Chris Paul was apparently the best player in the league in 2018 with Butler coming in 4th and Paul George was clearly #1 in 2019.

Only with Superteams. Got swept in 2007 when he had to do it the fair and organic way like Anthony Davis had to do with New Orleans.

Embiid is a better post offensive player than Davis but Davis is a better overall defender.

Davis rarely falls for pumpfakes
Rarely misses rotations
Can switch smoothly on the perimeter and post easily.

Gentry didn't challenge him defensively but Gentry did bring out his offense game.
