I’m wary of cousins ever coming back. Our centers have one role and they do it damn well: rim protection. Cousins does not fit that role and inserting him into the rotation takes precious minutes from our rim protecting guys.

They haven't ruled him out for the season so I wouldn't be surprised if he did play 10-15 mpg if we needed him to down the line. It takes 9-12 months to return from a torn ACL and WCF/Finals would put him at 9/10 months so it's not unreasonable.

I doubt Cousins risks it. His career would be done if he gets hurt again, nobody will sign him.
